About our Course

Enroll for the most beautiful experience of an intensive aerial yoga teacher training and defy gravity with us!By leveraging gravity – and then defying it – you’ll elevate your mind, body, and spirit in sensational ways. Either you are curious about diving into this diverse practice for yourself or want to learn how to teach it to others, this course will lead you on how to elevate a multi - tradition style of asanas from the ground to the hammock, following the 8limb path including teaching methodology, proper alignment, pranayama, concentration, philosophy... a lot of flying and acrobatic fun! The cloth can in fact become a precious support for holding yoga poses that usually require much more strength. Because Yoga is our foundation, we ground as much as we fly. We dance between the elements of Earth and Air and as and using our silk as a bridge between them: to root then fly, embrace and fold to retreat or climb and meet a challenge, to let go and show trust or free fall to rise up again and inspire. We love to play and swing too but we do it with purpose. ​ The course is taught by Thina Chat, experienced E-500RYT registered yoga teacher and YACEP® continuing education provider.
