[FOR ENGLISH READ BELOW] Η Θίνα του Yoga Fusion Shala και η Μαρία με Moksha Yoga σας καλωσορίζουν στη Φθινοπωρινή τους εξόρμηση στην Καστοριά, 3 μέρες στον πανέμορφο ξενώνα ''Βυσσινόκηπο'' (www.hotelvissinokipos.gr), με υπέροχη θέα στη λίμνη της Καστοριάς, με γιόγκα και πεζοπορίες. Θα επικεντρωθούμε στην Dhāraṇā- Συγκέντρωση, στη στροφή της προσοχής προς τα μέσα, παρατηρώντας τους εσωτερικούς περισπασμούς του νου και επικεντρώνοντας την προσοχή μας σε ένα μόνο σημείο ώστε το μυαλό να μείνει ατάραχο. ΑΝΑΛΥΤΙΚΟ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑ * Παρασκευή 30/09 νωρίς το απόγευμα: Άφιξη. Βόλτα στην περιοχή και βραδινή πρακτική Sivananda με την Θωμαΐδα. * Σάββατο 01/10 : Πρωινή πρακτική Anusara Yoga με τη Μαρία, πρωινό και εκδρομή! Νυμφαίο και Αρκτούρος. Επιστροφή αργά το απόγευμα για πρακτική: yin yoga, tea ceremony, trataka και yoga nidra. * Κυριακή 02/10 Πρωινή Vinyasa Yoga πρακτική με τη Θωμαΐδα. πρωινό και βόλτα στην Καστοριά! Αναχώρηση το απόγευμα. Συνολικό κόστος διαμονής σε δίκλινο ιδιωτικό δωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο - για ενεργούς μαθητές των σχολών Yoga Fusion & Moksha Yoga και για όσους δηλώσουν την συμμετοχή τους μέχρι Δευτέρα 04/09 (early bird): 210€ (+ΦΠΑ) Το κόστος περιλαμβάνει διαμονή,πρωινό και όλες τις γιόγκα πρακτικές. *Προκαταβολή 50% του ποσού για κλείσιμο θέσης. [ENGLISH] Thina and Maria welcome you to their Autumn trip to Kastoria! Our retreat starts on Friday, September 30th and we will spend 3 days in nature staying at beautiful guesthouse ''Vissinokipos'' (www.hotelvissinokipos.gr), with an excellent view of the lake of Kastoria, with yoga and hiking. We will focus on Dhāraṇā- Concentration, turning attention inward, noticing the internal distractions of the mind and focusing our attention on a single point so that the mind is still. DETAILED PROGRAM * Friday 30/09 early afternoon: Arrival. Walk in the area and evening Sivananda practice with Thina. * Saturday 01/10 : Morning Anusara Yoga practice with Maria, breakfast and off we go for a tour! Nympheo and Arktouros. Returning late afternoon for practice: yin yoga, tea ceremony, trataka and yoga nidra. *Sunday 02/10 Morning Vinyasa Yoga practice with Thina, breakfast and a walk in Kastoria! Departure in the afternoon. Total cost of the 3 days while staying in a twin private with private bathroom is - for Yoga Fusion Shala & Moksha Yoga members and early bird bookings until 04/09: 210€ (+VAT).
