Teacher Training Study Program in Ioannina in Greek
”Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”- The Bhagavad Gita

ABOUT OUR 2-YEAR 500 HOURS COMPLETE
MULTI-STYLE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING STUDY PROGRAM IN GREEK
Stepping into the role of a complete yoga teacher is both a profound privilege and a deep responsibility. This 2-year, 500-hour Complete Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training, the first of its kind in Greece, is fully taught in Greek and registered with Yoga Alliance, offering a unique, structured path for dedicated practitioners and aspiring future teachers who want to embody yoga as a way of life.
Unlike shorter courses or intensives, this program allows for deep integration over time. Classes are held on Sundays, making it accessible to working professionals and students, and include two intensive retreat weeks each year in stunning Greek locations, designed to immerse you fully in practice, study, and self-discovery. During the two-year journey, all trainees receive free access and a full pass to all the school's live and online classes, supporting ongoing personal practice and integration.
EMBODIED LEARNING AND TRANSFORMATION
This training goes beyond intellectual understanding—it invites you to live yoga off the mat, grounded in mindfulness, awareness, and integrity. As your personal practice evolves, so does your physical vitality, mental clarity, and energetic presence, allowing you to inspire and guide others with authenticity, compassion, and confidence.
Over two years, you will cultivate your voice as a teacher, develop insight through lived experience, and learn to hold space with wisdom and care. The training nurtures holistic growth—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—opening the door to profound inner shifts, deeper relationships, and a fuller expression of your purpose and potential.
COMPREHENSIVE MULTI-STYLE CURRICULUM
This study program provides a unique opportunity to refine your teaching across multiple yoga styles and traditions, integrating traditional Hatha systems such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Iyengar-inspired alignment, and Yin Yoga, alongside modern somatics, trauma-aware methodologies, and therapeutic applications.
You will explore advanced asana, sequencing, hands-on assists, alignment, anatomy, energetics, and embodied teaching skills, while deepening your understanding of yogic philosophy, ethics, classical texts, and sacred knowledge. Modern insights from neuroscience, cosmology, psychology, and holistic healing are bridged with ancient wisdom, making your learning both practical and transformative for the 21st-century teacher.
PRACTICAL TEACHING & MENTORSHIP
Through Sunday classes, retreats, teaching practicums, peer feedback, and personal mentorship, you will develop the confidence and clarity to deliver transformative experiences. The training emphasizes not just technical mastery, but the development of your authentic teaching style, voice, and leadership skills, preparing you to be a guide, mentor, and conscious contributor to your community.
