Daily silent or guided 30 minute meditation that ends with singing the mantra of the day with the cosmic sounds of the Crystal singing bowls. Please enter the space silent and without speaking, coming at least 5 minutes earlier, respecting the silence of the space and of the other practitioners. Καθημερινός σιωπηλός η καθοδηγούμενος Διαλογισμός μισής ώρας που λήγει τραγουδόντας το μάντρα της ημέρας συνοδευόμενο με τους ήχους των κρυστάλλινων ηχογαβάθων. Παρακαλούμε να εισέρχεστε στην αίθουσα τουλάχιστον 5 λεπτά πιο νωρίς, ήσυχα, σεβόμενοι τους υπόλοιπους ασκούμενους και την ησυχία του χώρου.
